Assessment Process

It takes courage to pick up the phone and reach out for help. The assessment process is the starting point to healing. It is here we begin developing a plan specifically for you. The assessment process is an opportunity for our multidisciplinary team to gather a comprehensive look at past, current, and future challenges a potential client has or may face in trying to treat their addiction or behavioral health issues.

Types of Assessments

Depression, Anxiety, & Stress

The DASS is a 42-item self-assessment designed to measure the three related negative emotional states of depression, anxiety and tension/stress.

Sex Addiction

The SAST self-assessment is designed to assist in the assessment of sexually compulsive behavior, which may indicate the presence of sex addiction.

Eating Disorders

The EDI 3 self-assessment provides a standardized clinical evaluation of symptomatology associated with eating disorders.

Substance Abuse

The SASSI-4 assessment identifies the probability of substance use disorders and includes a prescription drug scale that identifies individuals likely to be abusing prescription medications.
