Intensive Outpatient Program
Gender-Specific IOP for Substance Abuse Disorders
An Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) allows an individual to maintain daily responsibilities while committing to a focused program of recovery. The struggles of women can look different from those of men. We offer gender-specific groups to facilitate more openness and honesty. Our groups are designed for individuals 18 and older who suffer from addiction and other destructive behaviors. Our program is based on the 12 steps founded through Alcoholics Anonymous, and we require clients to attend 12-step meetings.
Our intensive outpatient program is abstinence-based and does not prescribe Buprenorphine or Suboxone for medication-assisted therapy [MAT]. We do recommend the use of Naltrexone and Vivitrol. We do not provide ambulatory detox, but we can assist you with recommendations.

Contact Us
The first step is to call us to schedule an initial appointment.
If you are being referred to our office, we would like to know who referred you or how you found us. Your initial assessment allows you to provide some background about yourself and why you are seeking counseling. In addition, a therapist can answer your questions regarding services, confidentiality, and what to expect in therapy. With your best interests in mind, our team will decide what kind of treatment would be best for you.
